Baby Items Wishlist No. 1

Hey High End Mamas 💜! Here are some items I’ve come across over the last months/ years really since being pregnant and having baby! Some (except one I think) are complete luxuries and not needed for baby, but as I’ve mentioned, they’ve been on my radar and have peaked my interest. Have a butchers and comment below in the comment section what you think about these items. Let me know if you’d purchase any of the items I’ve listed below, or whether you’d pass them by.

1. Bvlgari PETITS ET MAMANS EAU DE TOILETTE, 100ml

I know, I know, I know! I mentioned in my Nala’s Baby post, that I’m not a fan of added-fragrances in baby products, but I can’t lie, I would love to know what this fragrance smells like. My other half wears a lot of oudh and it smells absolutely exquisite, and when it transfers on to baby a little bit when he holds her, baby smells so lovely. So maybe bay perfume might be a thing? RRP is £64.00. I can’t lie, it’s the packaging that’s got me! Every fibre in me however is saying, don’t get it because of my thing with fragrances on children, so chances are I won’t get it for baby, but I may try it for myself maybe?

2. SILKY TOTS SILK HEAD SUPPORT AND SILK BED SHEET

Cradle cap, dry skin and baby balding is a thing. My poor bubba has suffered from the latter an had some hair loss on the back of her head due to not being able to sit up on lie on her front in her earlier stages of her life 😢. Tummy time has built her strength and thankfully, she’s no more reliant on having to lie down while lounging. For these early stages (and beyond actually) I would invest in silk bedsheets for her and also this Silky Tots Head Support, £64.00, that can be used in the house while she wasn’t as mobile and also can be used as a liner in

her buggy for the we are out and about. This would keep her hair and the fabric of the buggy separate. Silky Tots have 100% Mulberry Silk solutions for almost everything you can think of. And are worth a look.

BUGABOO DONKEY TAUPE COLLECTION (FABRICS)

3. BUGABOO DONKEY TAUPE COLLECTION (FABRICS)

Many moons ago, I remember seeing a young mother with twins in my local shopping mall pushing a Twin Bugaboo Donkey. It was in the angelic neutral taupe colour. When I had baby, I was wondering why I couldn’t find this colour way on the Bugaboo website.

I was feeding baby in the early hours the other day when an email appeared in my inbox with the subject heading ” Bugaboo, NEW Taupe Collection“. Of course I

clicked it instantly. I already have the Bugaboo Mono (with the chassis base in black) but next for summer I may get and bring out this colour way to replace the washed black mineral fabrics we currently have our buggy. And if you know me, I may have to get the matching taupe organiser, even though I already have the black.

4. A CHILDRENSALON BABY CLOTHES SHOPPING HAUL

Brands I love that ChildrenSalon carry are: Patachou, Paz Rodrigez, Kissy Kissy, Mebi, Babidu, Dr Kid, Natuapura, Moncler Enfant, Fendi and Romano Vianni, to name a few. They have so many beautiful baby outfits from newborn sizes to junior sizes. Of course the cutest outfits are the 0-3, 3-6 and 6-9/ 12 months sizes, but as they grow so fast, I feel like to pay huge amounts of money for babygrows that baby is going to grow out of so quickly, vomit on and poop-through, spending

heaps on an outfit, might be a bit too much. I love luxury, but I’m still a conscious shopper. HOWEVER, one or two really cute sets for special occasions and times where memories are made may call for a Fendi 3-piece set for baby, coming in at £340, or this outfit on the right here by Babidu which is £30, which is relatively more affordable.

Mima Xari Complete - CAMEL
5. Mima Xari Complete – CAMEL

They had a limited edition “Chocolate” colour way that I liked. I like the “Latte” colour this comes in as well, which I was more inclined towards. And I like the silver “Argento” colour is also nice, but I’ve put the “Camel” colour here as I think it’s more hard-wearing then some of the other colours. This pram honestly would only be for special occasions when I wouldn’t want to lug the Donkey about. Don’t get me wrong, the Donkey is easy to steer, but with it’s side car it’s a little bit

bulky for going to weddings for example. I’d get this pram for it’s streamline appearance only, as I don’t think for a day to day living it would be practical for my lifestyle. I heard also that kids outgrow this buggy quickly as well. But all in all it’s a lovely pram! The Mima Xari Complete come in at a RRP of £1,380
